Organize the project documentation

Status: done. Completed 2026-11-02.

Goal

Make current work, future ideas, tests and older records easier to find and read.

Result

  • [x] Add an index for active, future and done tasks, with one focused file per current outcome.
  • [x] Shorten the roadmap, current status, agent instructions and handoff. Preserve their earlier detail in project history.
  • [x] Move current guides, ability inventories and older plans into named folders. Keep the ability assets and recovery material intact.
  • [x] Keep detailed results in the test lists and record the owner's manual ability-testing preference.
  • [x] Update local document links, including the root README, and keep the main instruction and roadmap paths.
  • [x] Check local Markdown link targets and compare the moved CSV inventories with the committed versions after accounting for line endings.
  • [x] Split gamepad re-detection, Stage 3 unlock, reward-pool recovery, content creation tools, spawn effects and ending effects into focused tasks.
  • [x] Shorten the Unity CLI guide and preserve its earlier detail in test history.
  • [x] Correct the ability hook guide's description of definitions that share a class.

No Unity check was run: this work changed documentation only. Existing results retain their original limits. Older contracts, audits, stabilization reports and development setup remain in their established folders with indexes and historical labels.

The original organization plan is preserved. Future documentation changes should follow the documentation process.
